"REQUEST AN APPOINTMENT" button can be used to book Telehealth Physical Therapy services. A member of our team will then connect with you regarding your needs and review your insurance coverage.
Wellness services may be booked directly under the services tab at the top of the page.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you offer in-person sessions? We offer one-on-one in-person sessions at select fitness studios and gyms.
How does Telehealth Physical Therapy work? Our therapist will complete the session with you via a HIPPA secure platform and is trained to assess mobility & function, determine a clinical diagnosis, and create a customized plan of care for your recovery.
Do you accept my insurance? We are considered an "out-of-network" provider. This means that services are paid for at the time of session. Following your session, you will receive a copy of an itemized "Superbill" that you may submit to your insurance. Your insurance will then reimburse you based on your insurance plan for the service charges incurred.
Do I need a physician referral? Our therapists are licensed as a Direct Access Physical Therapist and is able to provide treatment for up to 10 sessions or 30 days whichever is sooner.
