Service Description

This service is provided by Marissa O'Connor who is a school guidance counselor by profession and holds a Master's Degree in education and is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in clinical counseling. Marissa has completed extensive training through Duquesne University located in Pittsburgh, PA as well as experience in working with adolescents, young adults, addiction, and early professionals. She specializes in: habit formation and management, stress relief practices, and mindfulness and well being practices. This specific session will focus on the following: EDUCATION: Review current habits and lifestyle as well as review your current progress and goals to help you gain insight into your current lifestyle as well as changes to help you meet your goals. EXERCISE DEMONSTRATION: Marissa will guide you through effective techniques such as deliberate and evidence based breathing exercise, stress management exercise, and activities to help review, improve, and add habits into your life. Marissa is passionate about helping others build habits, integrate daily self care, and provide motivation for people to pursue the careers and lifestyles they are passionate about.
